Pepperkaker are a fun traditional cookie that are eaten over many of the Nordic countries at Christmas

You simply can't have a Nordic Christmas without pepperkaker or gingerbread. Pepperkaker are part of many Nordic nation's Christmas traditions, and they are held very dear here. As soon as December arrives we can see no reason at all not to eat pepperkaker regularly.
